Product Data Connect up to eight modalities The 3M™ DryView™ DryView 8800 Multi-Input Manager from Imation™ lets you connect up to eight different modalities from virtually any manufacturer to one or two 3M™ DryView™ or 3M™ 969 HQ Laser Imaging Systems from Imation™. Compatible with networks as well as digital and video modalities The Imation™ DryView™ DryView 8800 Multi-Input Manager lets you connect up to eight digital or eight video modalities -- or any combination of both -- to DryView or 969 HQ Laser Imaging Systems. Fiber-optic connectability The DryView DryView 8800 Multi-Input Manager connects to each modality using fiber-optic cables for maximum site planning convenience and optimum noise-free transmission of digital image data. Lower costs, greater productivity Using a DryView or 969 HQ Laser Imaging System to print films from multiple inputs reduces your per-modality imaging costs. And the powerful built-in RAM and high-throughput capability of the DryView DryView 8800 Multi-Input Manager keeps your radiology department moving at a productive pace. Simultaneous printing When connected to multiple laser imagers, the DryView DryView 8800 Multi-Input Manager allows for simultaneous printing of different size films. Configuring your system with Imation™ DryView™ 8300 Laser Imagers for 8" x10" films and 3M™ DryView™ 8700 Laser Imagers from Imation™ for 14" x17" films is a cost effective solution that provides the right size film at the right place. And it gives you greater siting flexibility and improved reliability. Migration path options The DryView DryView 8800 Multi-Input Manager is compatible with all DryView Laser Imaging Systems and our current 969 HQ Laser Imagers. So, you can continue to use existing 969 HQ Laser Imagers -- and add DryView Laser Imaging Systems at a pace that suits your needs and your budget. Remote operation Modalities and Imation Laser Imagers may be located as far as one kilometer away from the DryView DryView 8800 Multi-Input Manager. Local control panel The touch-sensitive local control panel built in to the DryView DryView 8800 Multi-Input Manager gives users control over the system. Users can select contrast, density, print destinations, media size and more. This helps ensure that each film meets the user's preferences and expectations. 3M™ Automatic Image Quality Control System from Imation™ In combination with DryView and 969 HQ Laser Imagers, the DryView DryView 8800 Multi-Input Manager offers the Imation™ Automatic Image Quality Control System.
